Heritage Homes Visits

Tours are included with Museum admission and are FREE for Museum Members.

SUMMER HOURS:
From June 1 through September 2, 2013
Daily at 10:30 and 11:30 AM, 12:30, 1:30, 2:30 and 3:30 PM

WINTER HOURS:
From September 3 through May 31, 2013
Saturdays and Sunday, 11:30 AM and 1:30 PM

Visit the home of philanthropists, world travellers and visual artists Peter and Catharine (Robb) Whyte. Marvel at the romantic vision reflected in the home of collectors and community leaders Philip and Pearl (Brewster) Moore. Enjoy an intimate look at the homes and worldly yet simple lifestyles of the people who inhabited them.
Note: These 30 minute tours are offered on a first come, first served basis and are limited to eight people.

Luxton Open House

By appointment only and subject to availability
$8 per person

Take a short walk from the Museum to the historic Luxton Home at 206 Beaver Street. View the changing tastes of the twentieth century as you stroll through the Luxton family home. Decorated in their unique style the home reveals the family's close ties to the Stoney people and their contribution to the community of Banff.
