Night at The Whyte - Dinner and Live Auction

Night at The Whyte is a signature fundraising dinner and cultural celebration hosted in the heart of Banff. Join us for an unforgettable evening featuring a private exhibition tour of The Ancestors Are Talking with renowned artist and curator Joseph Sanchez, an elegant dinner catered by The Rimrock Banff, and a live auction led by The Honourable Karen Sorensen, Independent Senator for Alberta.
Guests will have the opportunity to experience the artwork in an intimate setting and bid on select pieces, including works by the Indigenous Group of Seven artists.
For those seeking a deeper connection, a limited number of premium tickets are available for seating at the curator table, hosted by curators Joseph Sanchez and Christina Cuthbertson.
Proceeds from Night at The Whyte support The Whyte’s exhibitions, programming, and preservation efforts.

Program
6:00 PM – Welcome Reception
As the doors open, guests are greeted with a glass of champagne and hors d’oeuvres. Enjoy the serene sounds of live harp music performed by Jacqueline Dolan as you mingle and explore the space.
6:30 PM – Private Exhibition Tour
Join us for a curator-led tour of the powerful exhibition, The Ancestors are Talking, with Joseph Sánchez. This thought-provoking journey offers a unique opportunity to learn more about the skills, imagination, and wisdom of the Indigenous Group of Seven artists through their paintings
spanning over five decades.
7:00 PM – Dinner is Served
Guests are invited to their seats for an exquisite three-course meal, beautifully prepared by the acclaimed chefs of The Rimrock Banff. Each course is a celebration of culinary artistry, thoughtfully designed to delight the palate.
8:00 PM – Dessert & Program Begins
As dessert is served, our Master of Ceremonies Marino DiManno will welcome guests and introduce a presentation by our CEO, David Cox, highlighting the impact of your support and the vision ahead.
Following the address, prepare for an exciting live auction led by The Honourable Karen Sorensen. Bid on unique experiences and works of art
in support of a meaningful cause.
